Payout Policy
- •Minimum payout threshold: ₹3,000 INR
- •Eligibility: Revenue must be earned within the last 31 days to be eligible for payout
- •Processing: Payouts are processed monthly on/after the 21st date after meeting the minimum threshold
Content Guidelines & Restrictions
No copyrighted content
You cannot release tracks that belong to others or contain copyrighted material without proper authorization
No unofficial remixes
Remixes, mashups, or derivative works without proper licensing are strictly prohibited
Original content only
All submitted tracks must be your original work or you must have proper rights and permissions
Legal Liability & Consequences
Artist Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring all content you submit is original or properly licensed
YouTube Strikes & Claims
If your release results in YouTube copyright strikes, Content ID claims, or any platform violations, you will be held fully liable
Legal Action
ARcloud Records reserves the right to take legal action against artists who violate copyright laws or submit fraudulent content
Account Termination
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and termination of all distribution services
